The 13th Study Circle Meeting was held on 4th July, 2003 wherein Shri J. V. Chhabria, Advocate delivered a lecture on "Important Aspects of Enforcement Proceedings" and 14th Study Circle Meeting was held on 11th July, 2003 wherein Shri Kantilal P. Jain, Advocate delivered a lecture on "Recent Controversies under Sales Tax Laws".

52nd Annual General Meeting
It was held on 18th July, 2003 at 3 p.m. at the Mazgaon Library Hall, Room No. 104, Vikrikar Bhavan.

Annual Report of the Managing Committee for the year 2002-03 and the accounts for the year ending on 31-3-2003 were presented and adopted unanimously at the meeting.

Outgoing President, Shri Deepak H. Thakkar offered thanks to the members, in particular to his committee members and seniors for wholehearted support through- out the year.

Shri Pravin R. Shah was declared elected as the President of the Association for the year 2003-04. A detailed report of the Election Committee is given above at Sr. No. III.
