II. STUDY CIRCLE MEETING
The 5th Study Circle Meeting was held at The Sales Tax
Practitioners’ Association Library Hall, R. No. 104, First Floor, Vikrikar
Bhavan, Mazgaon, on 28th December, 2007 wherein Chief Guest Dr. Suresh Joshi,
(Chief Information Commissioner – Maharashtra), Guest of Honour Shri. Sanjay
Bhatia (Commissioner of Sales Tax - Maharashtra), Released the Book in Marathi
"Mahiticha Adhikar Kayda – Ek Astra" complied by STPAM and Akhil Bharatiya
Grahak Panchayat. Dr. Suresh Joshi spoke on the occasion. It was attended by
large number of Members.
III. RRC
The 32nd Residential Refresher Course was held at Hotel
Dreamland, Mahabaleshwar from 3rd January, 2008 to 6th January, 2008. In R.R.C
the learned paper writers S/Shri. G. Y. Patwardhan, R. S. Naik and Nitin S.
Shah presented theri papers on the subjects allotted to them and Chairman S/Shri.
V.P. Patkar, S.S. Gaitonde, and P. C. Joshi chaired the session and gave their
expert comments. In all 228 members attended the RRC. All the members
appreciated the efforts taken by the RRC Committee in organizing the said
event and accorded their heartiest support and made it a grand success.
