Hearing was fixed on 19th January before the division bench consisting of Hon'ble Justice Radhakrishnan and Hon'ble Justice Deodhar. The department had asked for the adjournment for filing the affidavit. The same was opposed by us and asked for the extension for filing VAT audit report up to 31st March 2007. The Hon'ble High Court accepted the contention and granted relief to extend the time limit upto 31st March, 2007 for filing of Audit report under MVAT Act and also directed the Government to file their reply before 23rd February, 2007.
