Maharashtra Government Servants Regulation of
Transfers and Prevention of Delay in Discharge of Official Duties Act,
2005.
No. SRV. 2004/C.R.-15/2004/12. — In exercise
of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the
Maharashtra Government Servants Regulation of Transfers and Prevention
of Delay in Discharge of Official Duties Act, 2005 (Mah. XXI of 2006),
the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the 1st day of July 2006
to be the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
