    No VAT. 1506/CR-135/Taxation-1- In the Government Notification, Finance Department No. VAT. 1506/CR-135/Taxation-1, dated the 30^th November 2006, published in the Maharashtra Government Gazettee, Extraordinary, part IV-B, dated the 30^th November 2006, at Page No. 1905,- 

    In the list appended to the said notification, - 

1. For the entry at serial number 1, the following shall be read, namely:-

“Motor spirits, that is to say,-

1 High Speed Diesel Oil         ..          ..          2710”

2. For the entry at serial number 7, the following shall be read namely:-

“Other Petroleum Products, that is to say, -

7 Superior Kerosene Oil (SKO) ..              2710”
