No. VAT. 1507/CR-38/Taxation 1 --- In the Government Notification, Finance Department, No VAT. 1507/CR-38/Taxation -1 dated the 29^th March 2007, published in the Maharashtra Government Gazatte, Extraordinary, Part IV-B dated the 29^th March 2007 at Page No. 506, The Central Excise Tariff Item No. “24031090” appearing in line 24 shall be deleted.
