luxuries Act, 1987.

2007/C.R-7/Taxation-2-In exercise of the powers conferred by
sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Maharashtra Tax on Luxuries Act,
1987 (Mah XLI of 1987), the Government of Maharashtra in the public
interest, hereby amends the Government Notification No. LTA 1090/179/
Taxation-2, dated the 21st January 1992 as follows, namely:-
In the said
notification, in the Schedule, after entry 18 the following entry
shall be added, namely:-
