MAHARASHTRA TAX ON LUXURIES ACT, 1987.

LTA-2007/CR-25/Taxation-2 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by
subsection (1) of section 22 of the Maharashtra Tax on Luxuries Act, 1987
(Mah.XLI of 1987), the Government of Maharashtra in the public interest
hereby amends,with effects from the 1st June 2007 the Government
Notification, Finance Department, No.LTA. 2007/CR-25/Taxation-2, dated the
8th May 2007, as follows, namely :-
In the
Schedule to the said notification, after the entry 114, the following
entry shall be added, namely :-
“ 115.
The United States of America” .
