In order
to give qualitative service in terms of time and technical aspects it is
necessary for a professional to keep updated with latest information
technology tools available in the market.
To help our members in identifying and getting acquainted with such computer
software, we are pleased to announce that our Books and Bulletin Committee
has, for the first time, held Exhibition-cum-Sale of Computer Software
which can prove to be a useful tool in increasing efficiency and increasing
level of qualitative service of a professional.
The Committee has identified two types of software; one is for legal
database of judgments of High courts and Supreme Court. One can find
relevant citations for a particular point on subject wise, section wise,
case wise etc. plus on host of other parameters, which you will get to know
on attending the presentation.
Similarly, the other software which is identified is for VAT Returns
preparation. Filing a VAT Return through software will drastically eliminate
possibilities of mistakes and thereby reducing the time spent on attending
Defect Memo.
