to writ petition filed by STPAM regarding Section 61 of the
MVAT Act, 2002 |
Dear All,
Bombay HC has fixed the matter
for final hearing on 5th December 2007 @
3.00 P.M.
In the mean time, date for filing
of Form 704 for 2005-06 has been extended up to
15-12-2007.
For filing of Form 704 for
2006-07, due date as per law is 30-11-2007. STPAM will
move with a prayer before HC for extension of the said
date in the last week of November 2007, which please
note.
